Clermont Art Festival - call for artists DEADLINE TODAY OCT 10

DOWNTOWN CLERMONT ARTS FESTIVAL CALL FOR ARTISTS

CLERMONT, FLORIDA – October 10th is the final deadline for juried Artists and Crafters to submit applications for acceptance to the 7th Annual Downtown Clermont Art Festival (DCAF), sponsored by the South Lake Art League and produced by the Clermont Downtown Partnership. The show is Saturday and Sunday November 2rd and 3rd in Historic Downtown Clermont. Judges will award cash prizes in five categories: Fine Art 2-D; Fine Art 3-D; Photography; Sculpture; and, Fine Craft. Best of Show will also receive a cash award. Booth fees for juried entries is $150.00. The application process is online athttp://www.zapplication.org. Non-juried exhibitors may submit work for consideration directly to the CDP DCAF acceptance committee but are not eligible for cash prizes. Non-juried booth fees are $90.00. The Downtown Clermont Art Fest features MainStage live entertainment (Jazz, Blues, Contemporary music; Dance; etc). A Street Players Stage is featured in the Kids Interactive Art Zone. Additional food vendors and festival activities are included. Downtown shops and restaurants adjacent to the displays are open during the art event. DCAF2013 is free to the public.
