The Osceola County NAP Exhibit is held in Kissimmee, Florida. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include Osceola County School District and Osceola Center for the Arts employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
The 2014 Osceola Fall Art Festival, presented by Osceola Center for the Arts and Kissimmee Main Street, will take place in beautiful historic downtown Kissimmee on November 15 & 16. All fine artists are invited to apply.
Up to 150 artists will be invited to participate in this two-day event. As an invited artists you will enjoy easy load in/load out, artists awards breakfast, free parking, $20,000 in cash prizes and excellent restaurants in a beautiful historic setting.
Kissimmee Main Street has announced their eighth annual Kissimmee Sculpture Experience and are calling for artists to display their sculptures in Downtown Kissimmee for the 2014-2015 exhibit.
“It’s the Kissimmee Sculpture Experience’s eighth year and we are looking forward to showcasing more exciting and unique pieces to our already beautiful historic downtown district here in Kissimmee,” said Brianne Stefek, executive director of Kissimmee Main Street.
Each artist chosen to participate in the 2014-2015 Kissimmee Sculpture Experience will receive a $750 travel stipend and will have a chance to win the additional $500 prize money for Best of Show.
There are two other award possibilities, which include the People’s Choice Award and the Kid’s Choice Award. Each piece is on loan to the exhibit and will be available for purchase with Kissimmee Main Street receiving 20 percent of the sale proceeds to fund future events. Sculptors can submit up to three pieces for a minimal fee of $50.00. All submissions must be postmarked by September 12, 2014.

Eligibility Artwork must be created by Hispanic/ Latino artists OR a depiction of Hispanic/Latino Culture by Non-Hispanic artists.
Rules - Artwork must be original and not previously shown at the Center. - Artwork must be framed and/or ready for hanging (i.e. properly wired, no saw tooth hangers, or triangle loops without wires on frames please) - Artwork not to exceed 48X48 inches without previous consent. - Deadline for all submissions is Friday, August 8, 2014 - Application Fee: $15 per entry. - Accepted works must be delivered to The Center on Monday, August 25, 2014 from 9am-5pm. - Pick up will be on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 9am-5pm
